one of THOSE days

do you ever have one of those days where the blessed from your blessed chaos seems to be missing? when you can ALMOST handle 1 day of it but it turns into 2 & please dear God not 3?!!

when the poop that is suppose to be in the potty is instead being gleefully pushed out into lil size 3T shorts right next you. so you blow a gasket & throw the naughty boy onto the toilet all the while screaming "POOP GOES IN THE POTTY NOT IN YOUR PANTS!!" so loud your face is an awful shade of red..or is it green?

when after screaming so loud you are hoarse you realize 2 windows- 1 front & 1 back- are wide open so all of your neighbors know now that the sweet, patient, loving front you put on is just that- a front & you really a normal human being.

when the spaghetti sauce jar that should be getting rinsed out instead lands upside down on your kitchen floor & your kitchen turns from its previous color to a bright, juicy red.

when pumpkin choc chip muffins, cheetos & only God knows what else is being fed to your toothless baby by a sticky fingered, mischevious 2 yr old.

when you think your children are blissfully cozied up in their beds, sleeping soundly & you & your steaming hot man are begininng to make sexy music now that you finally have the quiet moment you've been waiting for all day but when you happen to glance up there are 2 very large, very round eyes peering at you from the side of the bed.

'nouf said. yes this was my yesterday & it followed me into today.

lesson learned: NEVER PRAY FOR PATIENCE!!!!!:D
