I started making a list at the beginning of the year of all the unfinished things from last year- curtains for Rowen's room *blush* I can't believe I'm admitting they are still not done
& maybe even the year before
-the beautiful quilt I started right before Rowen was born,
of things I want to do
-retile the plain jane backsplashes throughout the house
& projects that really, really need to be worked on
-developing & arranging my gazillion photos in albums.
And too many more to even mention! First on my list is finishing sewing the curtain for Rowen's room. Each priority on my list I have challenged myself to COMPLETING before I move onto the next one! This will be a huge challenge for me since I love to skip & hop around from project to project. I go wherever my inspiration takes me. Hmm..will I be able to withstand the pull of inspiration when it strikes?!
Something else I've been wanting to share is this gift that arrived in the mail sometime after the new year! My sweet sister, Judy, got it for me for Christmas. She is always awesome when it comes to picking out personalized things! One year she bought Jared his very own personalized ice cream bowl..complete with a picture of "him"(a little tow-headed boy) & his name. We still to this day get the biggest kick out of it! Back to my necklace..I can't stop wearing it! I love having all our names on it & how cute is the bird?! I am in love & just had to show it off:) Thanks sweet sister!!

What a darling necklace, I would love to find out where she got that made! Lists are a big help to me too...but i don't stress if they don't all get done like i used to..life is too sweet to waste on being mad at myself!
I love that necklace to! Im almost positive its from the vintage pearl.I think its good to set goals and finish lists but I think its important to go where your inspiration leads its more fun that way:)
Love that necklace!! Yeah im with ya on the list thing and trying to finish 1 thing before I start another:) Good luck!
ahhhh!! so sweet of you to thank me :) of course i will accept the thanks!! glad u guys love it!!!
I WANT ONE!!! SOOOO CUTE!! You and I have always loved the "dainty" necklaces, good job judy! Love it!
OH... And the list of projects! HUH... You aint got nothin on me!! :) Although, yest I felt rather accomplished. Ran to wash square to pick up my ring, got tabs for my car, called the stroller company (yes it's been almost 2 yrs)Went to debbie's to price out bunk beds, etc...The stroller thing was my biggest accomplishment! I was pondering, if I had a garage sale and said everything was free, would it all go??
